We’re really happy with our Linea Vz wood fired oven. We roast all our own meats and toppings during the day and in the afternoons and evenings we have an eat in and takeaway service.

Wood Oven Warehouse offered us fab advice and support and were the best price we could find for a quality oven. Viva la pizza!

I thought I would let you know how I have been getting on. I completed the curing process at the end of last month and we have been using the oven every weekend since.

I usually allow the best part of an afternoon to bring it up to temperature – to around 400 C. Last night I let the fire die back at 8pm and the oven was still over 200 C at 9am this morning. The residual heat is well used during the day. I am going to fire it back up this evening for Tandoori Chicken with Turkish pide bread!

Our wood fired Ancona oven project has now been completed and we wanted to send you some photos.

It has exceeded our expectations. We opted for roast chicken and potatoes as our first meal rather than pizza. It was delicious!
